An exhibition that tells the time when Paris overlooks the modern innovating its art and its cultur with masterpieces from Musée d’Orsay.
Through the history of the great masters in the Paris of XIX century: Manet, Renoir, Degas and many others. Edouard Manet was using an original and modern style, often very provocative. He was hostile to the rules imposed by academies.
His love story with Berthe Morisot introduced him to the Impressionists, where he knew Monet, Cezanne, Degas, Pissaro, Renoir.
Manet, in his paintings, represented the real life, like the Parisian cafes and theaters, what he saw and women who attracted him. He painted his “impression”. He conceives painting as a mirror of reality.
