Do you want taste an aperitif at Pinacoteca of Brera in Milan ?At 3€, every third Thursday of the mounth with 3 hours of music.
The aperitif in Brera has never been so refined and appetizing. After the free tickets and the evenings at 1 euro, the Pinacoteca di Brera has decided to propose an evening of music.
It begins Thursday, February 16, 2017, with the Quartetto Haring: his musicians will also make it available to answer visitors’ questions in an unusual and open conversation with the audience.
The reorganized halls and the entire collection will show themselves to visitors-patrons of the aperitif to the Pinacoteca di Brera Thursday, from 18.00 to 22.15 at the cost of 3 € (ticket office closes at 21:40).
The aperitif at the Pinacoteca of Brera, an initiative made possible thanks to the collaboration between the Museum and the Master Clive Britton offers an evening of music to celebrate the dialogue between the arts and the dialogue between the musicians and the audience, is another of the ingredients of the Great Brera, the cultural project put in place by the Director James Bradburne which aims to make cultural institution and an attractive tourist hub.
The idea is to bring back Brera in the heart of the people and put people back to Brera, not simply as visitors but as users, with the increase of exhibition areas and the organization of major events: “Bring Brera in the heart of Milan and the visitor at the center of Brera, as well as a dialogue between the art gallery – but also the Braidense Library, the Academy, the Observatory, the Botanical Garden, the Lombard Institute Academy of Science and Letters – with the rest of the city and project it from an international perspective. Brera understood not only as a museum, but “in the words of Franco Russoli, a place where you build and live the development of contemporary reality. No occupation for leisure, but for the time involved. ” Here’s the “plan Bradburne” for the construction, by 2018, the Grande Brera “.
